The city renumbered its streets in 1899 using the hundred block system (see Crandall 1899 City Engineering Map).
Wheat Street was renamed Cleveland Ave in 1908.

Description:
This is an L-shaped, 2-story, clapboard sided residence with a cross-gabled roof. There is a 1-story addition toward the back on the east side of the house. There is a 2-story porch in the ell. The porch posts are square on the first floor and turned on the second. All balusters are square. Most windows are 2/2 double-hung sash.
