Ithaca College buildings  402-404 E Buffalo St demolished in 1969 for two two-story apartment buildings on Buffalo and Terrace Place.
"A 20-unit $200,000 apartment developed by Anthony Ceracche and Anthony Petito will replace the former Ithaca College physical therapy education annex at 402-404 E Buffalo St.... Petito said of the venture, 'The call for one-bedroom apartments has increased tremendously in the past few years. We hope to meet part of the need for apartments for professional people and small families in close proximity to the downtown area.'... The apartments are expected to rent in the $150 to $160 range, monthly."
