Description:
This is a 2-story residence with a side gabled roof. There is an addition on the east side. The house has been sided with asbestos shingles. There is a divided, open porch that spans most of the front façade. Its roof is supported by square posts and the balusters are also square. There is a small porch of similar construction on the east side of the house. It appears that the house was built as a 2-family, but has been divided into apartments. The house first appears on the 1893 Sanborn map; the address is listed in the 1883 City Directory.
