Description:
213 South Geneva Street is located mid-block on the east side of the street. It a square, flatroofed, one-story office building constructed of concrete block ca.1980. It is set back deeply from the street, with its east façade near the east edge of the lot. The west, primary, façade has a single window in the center and a pair of doors near the south corner. A sidewalk runs along the south boundary of the property, continuing east to the parking lot on the west side of the Holiday Inn hotel on South Cayuga Street.

213 South Geneva Street is owned by the Ladies Union Benevolent Society and associated with the McGraw House senior housing facility. It is non-contributing due to its form, massing, and materials, and its construction after the district’s period of significance.
