“The Warren property at the corner of Cayuga and Green streets was sold on foreclosure to-day. There were several bidders but the lot was finally secured by John Fury, for $3200. The price is considered to be fully all that the land is worth. It is believed that Mr. Fury will build two brick stores on the lot. This purchase evidently does away with the packing house project of Mr. McCrea.”

"Three-story, double-width , Italianate-style, brick commercial corner building; street-level facade has two altered storefronts with display windows, recessed entrances, and a upper story access between storefronts; full-length Eastlake-style overhanging wood awning with cast iron brackets above storefronts; upper stories retain arched windows with brick window hoods, projecting sills, and historic two-over-two sash; the two upper stories have a projecting two-story, four-sided, Eastlake-style frame projection with paired one-over-one sash in the center and single one-over-one sash on the sides; narrow brick frieze capped by simple wooden cornice. Built 1885."
