Description
958 Mitchell St is still a valid address for a land parcel in 2026, but the parcel is described as vacant commercial land. The residential structure still existed in May 2002, when the property was last sold.  Demolition was probably before 2006 when the Judd Falls Plaza had a makeover to include a large Rite Aid Pharmacy.

Judd Falls Plaza to get makeover in 2006

Summary:
The article describes Judd Falls Plaza as currently incorporating the former Ide's Bowling Center and two two-story houses, all owned until recently by Susan Hamilton, who is selling them to the 1093 Group LLC, formed to implement the new plans. The two houses have been known as 930 Mitchell St and 946 Mitchell St. All three structures are about to be demolished.  The first phase of the makeover was to build a large Rite Aid Pharmacy.

Note:  Since there is no mention of 958 Mitchell Street, it can be assumed that the residence at that address has already been demolished, since the parcel on which it stood was adjacent to the plaza, and to 946 Mitchell Street, without fencing.
