Summary
Harold L Schryver and his wife Marguerite acquired property on Lake Road in 1943.  The property consisted of three adjoining parcels that were conveyed with the same description in 1953, 1956, and 1960.   The conveyance in 1960 included the statement, "The above described premises are known as 919 East Shore Drive."  The house on the premises still exists in 2026.

BF023388-001 MAP Plate 3 of "Map of the Cayuga Heights -- Renwick Heights and Lands Adjoining", dated January 1921, revised to July 19, 1921.  The map is referred to in all the deeds below, which convey 3 adjoining parcels accessed from Lake Road.  In particular, Parcel 1 conveyed corresponds to a lot in this map labeled "FORD".  Parcel 2 surrounds Parcel 1. Parcel 3 is a strip of land 30 ft wide formerly occupied by the Central New York Southern Railroad that runs across Parcel 2.
