" NOTICE OF SALE
The Tompkins County Trust Company, as Administrator with the Will annexed of the Estate of Marie C. Moeder, will sell at public auction the following property known as 520-522 The Parkway, Village of Cayuga Heights, Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins, and State of New York.
The public auction will take place at 11:00 o'clock a.m. Thursday, June 19, 1958, at 520-522. The Parkway Village of Cayuga Heights, Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York. The premises may be viewed on June 13 and 17 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and on June 19 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The deed will be available for examination at those times.
TERMS OF SALE
The premises will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, but no bid will be received for under $30,500.00.

The premises will be sold subject to two leases which will be available for inspection on the premises. The leases expire on August 31, 1958, and February 15, 1959, respectively."
