This building appears to be one of two shown on on the USGS Topo map for Ithaca East, NY, 1949 (HTMC, 1956 ed.) In the 1937 Tompkins County Rural Index and "Compass System" map, this building is identified as "2E Ithaca 4B."
The 1940 census lists several families at 695 Dryden Rd.
