Description
In 1966 the Ithaca Savings and Loan Association bought the Williams Hall buildings from Ithaca College (130 E Buffalo St and 132 E Buffalo St) as well as neighboring 306 N Tioga St to demolish and replace with their new building.  Since 1926, Ithaca Savings and Loan was  located at the Stephens Block, at the corner of State and Aurora Streets.
