The Colbert/Trebloc Building was built in 1974-1976 to replace the
Stephens Block which was demolished under Urban Renewal. It was the home of New York Telephone Co's Ithaca office and other businesses.
This building was demolished in 2017 and replaced by
City Centre , an apartment building with retail spaces on the first floor.
