This building, built as the garage/carriage-house for 210 Forest Home Drive, was converted into housing, date unknown. This structure has a gable roof with overhanging eaves, shingle siding and a masonry foundation. There are three modern single-pane crank-operated windows overlooking the driveway and similar windows placed singly throughout the building. There is a small chimney in the rear.
The building is set back deeply from Forest Home Drive, and is bordered at the rear by hilly, wooded terrain. The rear of the building is built into the hill, exposing the basement story only on the side facing the street.
