Description:
This is a large, square, 2-family, clapboard sided residence with a hipped roof. There is a large hipped roof dormer centered on the front façade. There are bay windows on the east and west sides of the house. An open porch spans the front façade. Its roof is supported by classical columns, with arched frieze. The balusters are square. Most windows are 1/1 double-hung sash. There are cottage windows on the first floor, front façade.

1870 census – it appears that Moses Newton and family lived on one side, John Green and his wife Lucy lived on the other
